Reading the guides
The website's supplied code does not include analytics, advertising pixels, third-party embeds, account registration or photograph uploads. Fonts, styles, scripts and illustrations are requested from the site's own origin rather than an external font or image service.
Delivering a page necessarily involves a network request. Hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as an IP address, request time, requested path, browser information and error details for delivery, security or troubleshooting. This static website does not provide a visitor-facing tool for viewing or controlling hosting logs. This notice does not claim that infrastructure retains no records.
Browser storage
If you save a preference on the Cookies page, the site stores that choice in localStorage under poppixapicniteam-cookie-preference. This is a browser-storage entry, not a server cookie. It is not a unique visitor identifier and is not sent by the site's JavaScript to a server.
The entry remains until you reset it, clear site data or your browser removes it. Browser storage may be blocked or cleared automatically. No optional tracking is enabled by either available choice.
The message drafting tool
The contact tool assembles text locally in the page. The site's JavaScript does not transmit the draft, save it to localStorage or upload an attachment. Refreshing or leaving the page may discard the draft, although browser autofill and session restoration are controlled by your browser.
Copying writes text to your device's clipboard if you permit it. Downloading creates a plain-text file on your device. You are responsible for handling that clipboard content and file safely. Do not include passwords, payment information or sensitive personal details.
If you send an email
When you send an email, the receiving mailbox processes the address, message, attachments and delivery information you provide. Correspondence is used to understand and respond to your enquiry, consider corrections and maintain relevant records. Email is not an appropriate channel for highly sensitive information.
Correspondence should be kept only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, recordkeeping or applicable legal obligations. No fixed deletion period is promised here. We do not use the contact draft tool to create marketing subscriptions or sell personal information.
Your choices and rights
You can browse without sending an email, avoid saving a browser preference, reset saved preferences and clear site data. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of personal information, object to processing or complain to a relevant supervisory authority.
To make a request about correspondence, write from the address associated with it where possible and identify the relevant conversation. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. Rights can be subject to legal limits; no particular outcome or universal response period is promised by this notice.
Changes and external services
This notice may be revised if website functionality changes. Review it again before using a new feature. If you choose to share photographs on another platform, check that platform's privacy, metadata and licensing settings separately; this website does not control them.
