Cookies and localStorage are different
Cookies can be sent with web requests. localStorage is a browser key-value store that a website's JavaScript can read on the same origin. The preference control below uses localStorage, not a cookie, and the site's JavaScript does not send its value to a server.
Hosting or security infrastructure can have behavior outside the static page code. This page describes the storage implemented by this website's supplied HTML, CSS and JavaScript; it does not claim to audit every infrastructure component.
Save or reset a preference
“Accept” records an affirmative preference. “Essential only” records a restrictive preference. Both choices currently have the same practical result: no optional analytics, advertising or third-party tracking is loaded.
You do not need to save either choice to use the site. These controls do not activate services that are not present.

The record contains no name, email address, photograph or unique visitor identifier. Browser storage is specific to the browser, profile and origin; saving a choice here does not automatically change another device.
Clearing data and changing your mind
Use “Reset preference” to remove this site's preference key. You can also remove site data through your browser's privacy settings or block storage. If storage is unavailable, the preference tool reports that limitation and the guides remain readable.
Resetting the preference does not delete email you have already sent, a downloaded draft or clipboard content. Handle those separately in your email app, device files and clipboard controls.
Other local behavior
The navigation menu and scroll reveals use temporary page state rather than persistent identifiers. Contact drafts remain in page memory unless you copy or download them; the tool does not save draft contents in localStorage.
